2026 SPRING SEASON CALENDAR

Times/dates always subject to change. Updates will be emailed out and posted on Facebook.  

January 17-24 (approximate) -- Teams Formed
  • ALL Divisions
  • January 25 is the Coach-to-parent contact deadline for ALL divisions
  • Please wait till that time and then contact us if you haven't heard from a coach
  • Please DO NOT CONTACT LEAGUE before that deadline date
January 20-31 (approximate) -- Practices Begin (varies by team)
  • ALL Divisions
  • Your first practice isn't necessarily on January 20, it can be any time between 20th & 31st
January 21-- MANDATORY (for all managers) Managers Meeting, Time TBD
  •  All non-pitching divisions (Filly, Shetland, Pinto-MP) at TBD
  •  All pitching divisions (Pinto-KP, Mustang, Bronco, Pony & Colt) at TBD
  • Please wait for first group to exit before entering for second group
  • Approximately 1 hour each
February 4-- MANDATORY Team Parent Meeting, Time TBD
  • For each teams OFFICIAL TEAM MOM/PARENT ONLY 
  • ALL Divisions 
  • Approximately 1-1.5 hours
February17 -- MANDATORY* Scorekeeper Clinic 
  • *MANDATORY for ALL PITCHING DIVISIONS 
  • At least one scorekeeper per team required
  • Approximately 1.5 hours
February 21  -- OPENING DAY

February 28, Saturday -- Filly Division Games Begin

April 3-5 -- Easter Weekend -- NO GAMES (Friday thru Sunday)

Date TBA -- PICTURE DAY
  • Schedule TBA 
March 21 -- HIT-A-THON DAY at TBD

April 11, Saturday -- STORM NIGHT (Info TBA)

May 2-30 -- Playoffs (exact dates vary by division)

May 16, Saturday -- Final Games for Champions & Filly 

May 22-25 -- Memorial Day Weekend -- NO GAMES (Friday thru Monday)

MAY 30, Saturday -- CLOSING DAY
  • Final Championship Games (if necessary)
  • Carnival bounces/jumpers (10am-4pm)
  • Team Baskets Raffle  (approx. 1:00pm)
Approximately between May 20 & June 10 -- Fall Season Registration starts (Assessments/practice starts August). Early rate discount usually applies till at least July 1 and for at least two weeks, and registration is available thru July 31, or longer if space still available.
